Is the estimate free?
Yes. The visit, the measurements and the written proposal cost nothing and carry no obligation. We reply within 24 business hours.
Can the price go up during the job?
No. The contract has a fixed price. If you request a change or something shows up that could not be seen during the visit, it is quoted in writing and only done if you approve it.
How do I pay?
In stages, per the contract: a deposit for materials and payments as phases are completed. The exact amounts go in your proposal.
What warranty do you offer?
Every contract includes a written warranty with its term and conditions. For roof sealing, the warranty depends on the system installed.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We can prepare the detailed estimate your insurer asks for and coordinate the adjuster's visit. You handle the claim with your insurance company.
Which towns do you serve?
All of the west: Aguadilla, Isabela, Aguada, Moca, Rincón, Añasco, Mayagüez, San Sebastián, Quebradillas, Camuy, Hatillo, Hormigueros, Cabo Rojo, San Germán, Lares and Las Marías.
Who will be in my house?
A crew assigned to your project with a responsible supervisor. You know the person in charge from day one.
How do I compare your quote with others?
Check that it lists separate line items, material brands and quantities, number of coats, execution time and a written warranty. If a quote does not spell that out, ask why.
